The
CEE program was designed to enable 2128-year-old civil society leaders to harness the power of open, participatory networks, relationships and information for the public good, especially on civil dialogue and peace building issues. A one-year transformation and leadership development program. Government, women and gender, resilience and sustainable development and youth involvement.
The components of the Fellowship are:
3-month internship in the United States: IREX will place CEE Fellows in US civil society organizations. Designated supervisors and peers will support scholarship holders with a three-month, hands-on internship. Leadership and Civic Engagement Academy: CEE scholars explore program topics through an interactive curriculum that includes service learning, personal training, mentoring, professional coaching, and integration into a global network. Community Engagement Projects (CEPs): CEE scholars, with the help of US host institutions and mentors, devise and plan community engagement projects to be implemented upon return. As soon as the fellows leave the United States, they will carry out these projects in the local community. Community Engagement Project (CEP) Exchange: Selected US hosts and CEE specialists travel to CEE graduate countries to help fellows carry out projects and regain what they have learned from the US or their native communities. I will cooperate.
